- Request/transaction data: message content, service request, company name, budget range.

- Responding to your requests, questions and applications and maintaining communication,

- Carrying out contractual processes and fulfilling obligations,

4. Legal Basis for Processing
Pursuant to Article 5 of the KVKK, your personal data is processed on the legal grounds that processing is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, is necessary for the data controller to fulfil its legal obligations, is necessary for its legitimate interests and, where required, on the basis of your explicit consent.
5. Transfer of Personal Data
Strictly limited to the purposes set out above, your personal data may be transferred to legally authorised public authorities, to the hosting, e-mail and infrastructure providers we use, and to our business partners, in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK. Your data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Retention Period
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purpose of processing and for the statutory limitation periods set out in the applicable legislation; once this period expires or the reasons requiring processing cease to exist, it is erased, destroyed or anonymised.
7. Your Rights under the KVKK
Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it has been processed; to learn the purpose of processing; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it has been transferred; to request rectification if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request its erasure/destruction; to request restriction of processing; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
